Last month, the United States and the European Union agreed in principle to develop a trans-Atlantic data privacy framework. Die Generalversammlung ist nicht mehr zwingend als Präsenzversammlung durchzuführen, sondern es sind Generalversammlungen mit verschiedenen Tagungsorten, hybride Generalversammlungen, rein schriftliche Generalversammlungen oder sogar vollständig virtuelle Versammlungen zulässig.
