- Kick-off video call of 60 minutes
- Preparation of the foundation of your company by Lex Futura
- Discussion and delivery of the relevant documents
- Foundation of the company and registration at the commercial registry
- Parallel: Preparation, discussion and finalization of the Shareholder Agreement
- Parallel or whenever suitable: IP Protection Strategy discussion (60min)
