Hedge Fund Regulation

Unregulated investment funds – commonly known as hedge funds – have have been important participants in the globalised financial markets. Their regulation is however still debated quite heavily. In this article, Alain Friedrich contributes to the discussion of hedge fund regulation and proposes a new regulatory framework by recommending a set of international minimum standards for hedge fund regulation.
